1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to the website of Flower Power Remedy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE.
By accessing, using, or purchasing from this website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Flower Power Remedy Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "your").
2. PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE
Food Classification: Our flower essence products are classified as food products under UK law and are subject to Food Hygiene Regulations 2006 (updated 2018) and Food Safety Act 1990. All manufacturing processes comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) procedures and current food safety standards.
Industry Standards: We manufacture our products in accordance with BAFEP (British Association of Flower Essence Producers) guidelines for essence production, labelling and advertising to ensure industry best practices.
Production Standards: All essence production follows strict food hygiene protocols, including dedicated workspace requirements, proper sterilisation procedures, and bacterial safety measures. Our preservative alcohol content meets minimum safety requirements.
3. HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
IMPORTANT: Flower essences are a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical professional. Clients should consult their doctor before starting any new treatment if they have any health concerns.
Our flower essences capture the positive spirit of each flower and are believed to support emotional wellbeing through the energy signatures of botanical sources. Each essence contains highly diluted extracts of flowers in alkaline spring water and biodynamic grape brandy.
Flower Power Remedy Ltd does not offer medical or psychological advice, nor diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Our products and information are not intended to replace conventional medical treatment.
MHRA Compliance: Product descriptions comply with Medicines and Health Products Regulatory Agency guidelines. We do not make medical claims and avoid language that could classify our products as medicines.
You should always:
- Consult with a healthcare professional before using flower essences
- Continue any prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by your doctor
- Seek immediate medical attention for serious health concerns
- Inform your healthcare provider about any complementary therapies you are using
Our products:
- Have not been evaluated by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency)
- Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Individual results may vary
- Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice
Contains alcohol as a preservative (preserved with 40% ABV brandy, final product 13.3% ABV). Not suitable for children under 12 years of age without professional guidance.
Allergen Information: Our products may contain allergens as defined by the 14 allergens regulations. Please check individual product labels for specific allergen information.
4. ADVERTISING AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
In compliance with UK advertising law and MHRA guidelines, we do not claim to treat, prevent, or cure any specific medical conditions including but not limited to: Bright's Disease, Glaucoma, Cataract, Locomotor Ataxy, Diabetes, Paralysis, Epilepsy, Tuberculosis, or Cancer.
We avoid medical terminology and focus on describing the traditional emotional qualities associated with flower essences and their intended use for emotional support and wellbeing.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND LABELLING
All product labels comply with Food Labelling Regulations 1996 (Document 1499, updated 2014 and 2016) including:
- Product name and essence source identification
- Ingredients listed in descending order of weight/volume
- Net quantity of contents
- Alcohol percentage stated as ABV (Alcohol By Volume)
- Date of minimum durability
- Storage conditions
- Company name and address
- Instructions for use
- Minimum font size requirements (1.2mm)
Ingredient Declarations:
- Water source clearly identified
- Alcohol percentage as ABV
- "Highly diluted extracts of flowers" or "infusion of [specific plants]"
- No use of dilution ratios (e.g., "5x")
We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability
- Update product information without notice
- Limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion
- Substitute substantially similar products if original items are unavailable
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.
6. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
- We may contact you for additional verification before processing
Payment
- Payment is required at time of order
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- Your payment information is processed securely through our payment processor
- We may use your payment information for fraud prevention
International Orders
We ship within the UK only. International shipping is not currently available.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipping method: Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Shipping costs: Subject to Royal Mail current rates
- Processing time: 1-3 business days following HACCP procedures
- Delivery time: 1-7 business days after processing
- Tracking information: Provided once shipped
- Packaging: Tamper-evident bottles and packaging for public safety
We ship within the UK only. International shipping is not currently available.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products and food safety requirements, we do not accept returns unless:
- We made an error with your order
- Products arrive damaged or defective
- Tamper-evident seals remain intact
Consumer Rights: UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales. To exercise this right, products must be unopened with tamper-evident seals intact due to hygiene and safety requirements.
To report issues:
- Contact hello@flowerpowerremedy.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photographic evidence
- We will review and respond to refund requests promptly
All sales are final except in circumstances described above.
9. PRODUCT SAFETY AND STORAGE
Shelf Life: Products have limited shelf life. Check expiration dates and use within recommended timeframes.
Storage Requirements: Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Improper storage may affect product quality and safety.
Bacterial Safety: Our alcohol preservation system (minimum 40% ABV) ensures bacterial safety when products are handled and stored correctly.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Trademark Rights: "Flower Power" is a registered trademark of Flower Power Remedy Ltd (UK Trade Mark No. UK00004212027). Unauthorized use of our trademark is strictly prohibited.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, formulations, and software, is owned by or licensed to Flower Power Remedy Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may:
- View and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Share links to our content with proper attribution
You may not:

- Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed £1,000 per incident

- Alternative Dispute Resolution provider if applicable
18. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Site ceases immediately
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Site notice.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

We maintain comprehensive HACCP documentation and records as required by food safety regulations.
