Refund policy

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products and food safety requirements, we do not accept returns unless:

  • We made an error with your order
  • Products arrive damaged or defective
  • Tamper-evident seals remain intact

Consumer Rights: UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales. To exercise this right, products must be unopened with tamper-evident seals intact due to hygiene and safety requirements.

To report issues:

  • Contact hello@flowerpowerremedy.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photographic evidence
  • We will review and respond to refund requests promptly

All sales are final except in circumstances described above.
